NewsGator's NetNewsWire is pretty good on the iPhone, but it now uses Google for the back end. You might as well be using Google Reader.

I haven't used it for a while, but what about the My Yahoo! page? That's not really a traditional aggregator format, but it could be good to display some select feeds. You could probably access that from your phone as well.
