Syndicating someone else's content without citing them would not be ethical. It is good that you plan to cite them and maintain their link, but you would want to check with their Terms to see if changes to the format offered are acceptable. I have seen some sites that offer JavaScript snippets or iFrame solutions for embedding feeds on your site that have fairly strict terms. If it is just an RSS feed you may have more flexibility in the presentation.
