Could you name the blog packages which let me ping a list of services then i publish new content? I am implementing my rss feed with Java ROME. Are those kind of blog package compatible with Java?

Actually, I just want to notify Google Reader (and of course other RSS reader also, if possible) when my RSS feed hosted myself get updated.
