What browser is giving you an issue? Have you tried it in other browsers? Have you tried it on other PCs? Generally RSS feeds aren't meant to be viewed in browsers, though most major browsers will now display them. This really does sound like a MIME-type issue. It might not be the browser, but the OS. Are you certain another software isn't conflicting?
