That wouldn't necessarily be a function of an RSS feed. What you're talking about would involve a script of some sort that might interact with some data to lead a visitor to a page containing the desired content.

An RSS feed normally contains content that a visitor could access via their own aggregator/feed reader. It sounds like you'd be better off using a database to present your content on your site. That database could output an RSS feed as well.
