I'd like to add a "News Column" to a hobby website I have that's related to a sports team. I have a writer interested in writing it, and the site was built in Dreamweaver CS3.

I'd like to give the writer access to post his work directly to the site and have it available in RSS. What I don't want to do is manually handle the content and RSS feeds- anyone have a simple solution to giving the writer the leeway to add content while automatically getting it out on the WWW via RSS?
