The provision of a feed is a positive choice on your part. I am not clear what the problem is:

1. Are you trying to use Blogger as a hosting service for static html?
2. Do you want to provide RSS for selected subscribers only?
3. Do you want to make all access to your site restricted?
4. Are you simply unclear about what the provision of a feed involves?
