Password protecting the feed would be the easiest way to accomplish that.

Simply not providing a feed might be another way.

However, that won't stop those "create a feed for sites that don't have them" services. Then you get into blocking services and scrapers.

If you want private content put it behind a registration system and moderate who can see it.
