Well, I have created a ModRewrite to the feed script, and linked as follows:

/feed/blue/usa.xml
/feed/red/usa.xml
/feed/blue/canada.xml
/feed/red/canada.xml
etc.

Will see if GoogleBot is any more impressed with this... ;)
