They do have a REST interface so you can just generate a link e.g. [api.my.yahoo.com...] if you need to get your updated feed to be reset quicker (see the Get Your Content Syndicated link on the Add RSS page)
They say that the maximum refresh interval is 24 hours (minimum is 30 minutes for a constantly updated site).
