If you are not a programmer and want something simple, the online service at UKOLN works well. Go to [rssxpress.ukoln.ac.uk...] and click the RSS Xrpess-Lite link. It won't let you filter.

I've just found out about another new tool that's supposedly easy to use. I haven't tried it. Go to [feedsyndicator.com...] .
