I too used be a lover in Google. In the early days, the monthly dance was an event for me. I'd put on my Google hat, flashy Google nerd pin, Google t-shirt and sit glued to my computer until the dance finished.
I loved Google.
All that love turned to hate over the last few years with the way Google has treated those that helped them get to what they are with a grass roots effort.
I support any SE that gives Google a run for their money and right now the only that has a chance of doing that is Bing.
I've unplugged from Google and use ZERO of their tools. I convert as many people to Bing as possible and will laugh with glee when Google gets split or better yet goes under. Google lovers of today think the Internet is Google and would disappear without them when that is not the case. The Internet is not Google even though they are trying very hard to be.
Bing has a chance to make waves because of their partnership with Facebook. If facebook ever does search correctly, they will give Google a run for the money and that is why Google is trying to push +1 down the publicís throat.
