If it matters, I've seen bing really increasing in index speed a lot lately.. For example their news index is rather quick and fairly busy sites seem to have new content indexed in minutes..

It was only last year they announced their new backend system so it sounds like its scaling as they expected and i'm sure their index will only improve.
