...busy formulating a plan to deal with the spam - that's where I am...and traveling to 5 events in March around the US, and trying to actually get new tools built too... :)

All blah, blah aside, we are workign on ways to manage the spam besides me sitting here nuking crap every morning. Fun as THAT is, it's not the best use of my time.

@engine - are you forgetting that anyone, any time, can access a direct submit email form to send us a message? A message that actual people see and can respond to if it's a legit issue?

...and as a final idea, folks can participate in conversations on the Bing Webmaster Blog as well, though, admittedly, that's relaly only useful in context of the blog post topic.

Either way, there are more ways than the forum to communicate with us.
