I don't know why Bing allows tons of spam in their webmaster forums. It is really really annoying. All this spam makes the forums completely useless. A few days ago I asked a question about an algo update and it got buried in spam posts.

They allow signatures and people spam like mad with comments like "nice post + signature". They even allow to embed videos.

Have a look into this Bing indexing/ranking discussion:

I could go on with thousands of spam posts ...

My suggestion: remove signatures, disallow outbound links + disallow code embedding OR delete the spam manually
