I have a different perspective on Editors' Picks. See: [bing.com...]

This suggests that a Human looked at the page(s) and found them of value for what is, essentially, an old style directory. If Editors' Pick shows up on the serp that just means that someone human a Bing looked at the page and had happy feet. This is not editing the serps.
