Google should stick to the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it mentality" It wasn't broke 3-5 years ago but the constant changes and additions to things in the SEPRS makes a mess. 30% seems like a bit of a stretch for marketshare when looking at traffic stats but definitely good to see things starting to level out a bit.

It looks like Mr. Page has every intention of continuing to splinter attention of Google employees instead of getting them to focus on search from the (rumored?) new bonus incentives

They're a gazillion dollar one trick pony. Keep that one trick well fed instead of gluing 5 more legs onto the pony in the hopes it will run faster.
