I am merely stating facts, not providing interpretation. Regarding the 'net, whatever has been widely successful in America, has consequently found success in Europe. I do not venture an explanation of this, I merely state it as a fact. Meaning that if Bing does not reverse its current trend in America, it has a high probability (close to certainty) of following that trend in Europe.
