Some good point's here. Here's my take on them :
-Keep it simple - the user prefers this - minimise the ads plastered all over the page - Bing wins
-Keep trust - Google has completely lost integrity with business' who feel threatened by their dependence and G's unpredictability - this is an aspect Bing needs to lock on to and PR the heck out of.
There will be a point when Bing can take advantage of the above, provided they stay committed.
