I am looking to find that blog post or article (can't remember) where it showed how a person performed first informational queries before getting more specific and moving on to transactional queries when he made the decision on which car to buy.

Can anyone point out a link to this article/blog/whatever?

Have a feeling was from the latest SMX event in the US but can't find it anywhere here or doing a Google and Bing search (here's something I can't find using both search engines)..
