I use focus groups of different people. Ask them to search for certain things and see how they search, what their search terms are and how many pages they go through to find what THEY would buy through. These are my demographics and I know they wouldn't care a second about a rewards program. It's like signing up to win a prize. I don't want people that are looking for things for free.

That said I have good rankings in both SE so they can fight all they want.
