this is old, bing has been doing this for a few months now. it takes so long to get points its is discouraging. and they cap it at like 30 points a day. not to mention, I don't use windows, i use linux primarily, and mac second. no windows. there was a slight increase to bing traffic when this came out, but then dropped back down after a few days. I don't see this going anywhere but the trash bin.
