I launched a corporate website a few weeks ago, and while it shows up fine in Google, for whatever reason Bing does not seem to like it.
For once, Bing decided to list "mycompany.com" in their index, instead of "www.mycompany.com". Even if I deleted the entry from the webmaster tools and submit a new entry for "www.mycompany.com", it still reverts to the form without "www".
Second, only one single page (the front page) appears in the index. Even with submitted sitemap AND with internal linking structure, only this one page can be found.
Third, crawling frequency is extremely low. The spider only comes along every other week. The domain was dormant with a "coming soon" page for several months, but Googlebot realized prety quick that there is fresh food to be found, while the Bing spider still seems to think it's dormant.
Fourth, the new webmaster tools say my XML sitemap is faulty (can't tell the error since the webmaster tools are down again atm).
My page is about Apple products - I am starting to get paranoid that this might be the reason Bing does not like it...
