Deflecting what Bing is saying they have done onto Google doesn't help, every action needs to be kept on the straight and narrow individually of what others are doing. I'm a Google supporter in general but have been unhappy and/or voiced concerns about them too so I'm not being biased here.

Websites don't exist to provide content for search engines, search engines exist to provide visitors a map to our content. When search tries to steal the content and/or re-write the map to point at them the law needs to come down on them, swiftly, regardless of who "them" is.
