I'm trying to get my head around the UK situation - back in Feb, 2010, their press release said:

All global customers and partners are expected to be transitioned by early 2012.

2012! Wow they really are trying to make sure everything's working properly before doing the same for the rest of the world! What are they doing for all of 2011?
