I found Bing was *very* sensitive to the anchor text in backlinks. My site isn't super old so most of my backlinks are from other sites I'm involved in like user forums and message boards. During the first month or two searching for my company in bing would bring up a title tag of "Visit Ben-LynxSI's Homepage" because this was the link text from a forum profile of mine on a forum where I am most active.

I have ALWAYS had valid Title tags, H1 tags, etc. Bing was just trying to outsmart me. Since then I've tried to "round out" my backlinks a little and Bing seems to be trusting my HTML tags again. (Although I have other ranking problems I've complained about elsewhere... Bing ranks my sitemap highest of all!)
