Isnt this sounds fake, considering me as one of webmasters ?
We run 100x of websites in different countries, different domains, different niches, but not able to find even a 0.5% increase in traffic from any of MS properties

Maybe we are only effected !
surpringly, we are not even allowed to submit to bing webmaster tools from few continents :)
