Yikes. It shows all sorts of spam sites, none of which there are any links to on my website. Is anyone else seeing this?

The first one I saw I thought maybe a business I link to went out of business and their website got picked up. But then there were many spam type entries deeper in the results. I have a finite number of outgoing links and I know pretty much all of them. And I don't link to any of these sites. Very weird.
