Google does not give users a choice.
MSN will offer users a choice, and the results seem to be of quality, and the the user can modify variables on MSN search, giving them power to adjust results by
1) how many other sites are linking to them
2) how close the keywords match
3) how recently the sites were updated
And this is just Beta!
