I certainly think it is worth the time and effort to be listed in Froogle. It can't hurt to try a new sales channel and see how it performs, but I recommend you submit tracked links in your data feed.

I've submitted my feed and after a week, I'm still not listed, but I e-mailed today and the folks there are swamped, so I understand...
