Hang on - trying phrases like "cd for sale" "music for sale" "books for sale" "pc monitor for sale" and am getting amazon.de in sponsored ads (top), with ad in German, and .com / .co.uk in SERPS, in English.

Did amazon and google merge and nobody told me?
