Yes! Exactly at that time! Our traffic from goog shopping is down to 15% of what it was.
Perhaps by coincidence, the number of disapproved ads jumped a lot across all of our feeds, from 10%-50%, between June 29-July 3. I was actually concerned that this jump in number of disapproved products, and the corresponding ratio between approved:disapproved products, may have been a cause of our feeds to suffer.
However, for the most part, our rankings in goog shopping have not suffered (notwithstanding some goog shopping results seem broken - see below). Disapproved items have disappeared, but the rest seem to be in the same positions as always.
Traffic has still not recovered.
Conversations with Adwords reps have suggested goog shopping will not cease to exist until October at the earliest.
Also, I can see the shopping results are broken - the top 3 shopping results are sometimes shown in the organic SERPs, and when you click on shopping, these same 3 should still be the top 3. However, sometimes they are, sometimes the top 3 disappear, and sometimes goog shopping responds that there are 0 results for that query, even though it just showed 3 in organic SERPs.
I am relieved you posted this because no one else has posted anything, and I was concerned it was something wrong with our feeds.
I have also noticed that the number of Product Ads "Under Review", according to the merchant center data, has jumped dramatically in the same June 28-Jult 3 time frame.
