Yes sir, these problems are everywhere. One we've been seeing is that Google is flagging online retailers images and product pages for not letting Google crawl them. But errors that have been fixed but still show up in the Merchant Center don't follow any particular pattern and run the gamut.

It looks like Google recently started separating Critical Errors from Suggested Fixes and it's cause their system to not refresh and confirm that problems have been fixed when a feed is uploaded.

If you have any problems that are under the critical error section that you are sure are fixed, I'd drop a message into Google's inbox:

[google.com...]

And explain your situation. At least then you'll have something to point to if they do suspend your account.
