You would think that one product would not suspend your entire campaign, but you can never be absolutely sure with Google Product Search. You should contact them here:
and let them know about the issue just to be safe.
There also might be a UPC online for that product that you don't know about, possibly someone created a fake one and submitted it to Google Product Search (I bet you could find it with some digging), alternatively you can use that fake (or maybe it's real, who knows) UPC as a stop gap to the problem, but the white knight approach would be to alert Google of that product's lack of a UPC code.
