Since you are including the UPC Google is matching up your listing with your competition's. Your competitor probably listed the product first or included a more search relevant title according to Google and used it instead of yours.

This happens to all product listings where multiple sellers list the same UPC. They are all grouped into one comparison page where one title, description, and other product details are displayed for shoppers so they can compare prices and sellers easier.
