Having an issue with Google base. Products are not showing in keyword search - only show when the search is refined by price. Any ideas?

Also, does anyone know anything about listing in UK base? Does the vat need to be included in the price or is it separate? I can't find a link to a sample xml file, any help would be appreciated.....thanks
