I've found that after we contact the froogle support with an issue, our account seems to be locked/dropped.
This usually occurs several days after they help us (and they are often helpful)!
I get the impression that google likes to be left alone, and punishes when they are not.
Does anyone else see this?
[BTW, we've been posting on froogle with auto ftp uploads for a while, and although froogle is NOT reliable totally, they do convert well]
