Google results are different if you are logged in or not. They differ from time (search engine from Google needs one month to check all web content if I'm not wrong and this is time delay) and content (IBM finds web content within two days under some statements). You have Adwords on the right hand side where is selling. On the left hand side you have product specific keywords and other stuff. What do you like to confirm actually? Maybe system?
