I'll try to answer anyway though: You need to have what appears in the browser's address bar when the page content is finished loading in the sitemap file.

You can't put http://www.example.com/some-page.php in the sitemap file and have the real page show at http://www.example.com/some-page.php?stuff=here, or the other way around. Whatever you include needs to be what is in the browser's address bar when the page is completely loaded.
