Are you hosting these videos on your own server? For now, Google tends not to do a lot with independently hosted video. Most of what turns up in their video search results are from videos hoted on the major video aggregator sites. A lot of people upload their videos to YouTube for hosting and then embed that video on their site, in order to get a wider audience.
