Like most things in life, i would say mastering JavaScript takes a crap load of practice and some base in theory. I used some ebook available on the iPad and the helped some. I also used Google and that helped alot, Then again i just recently started on JS. But i know PHP and C++ and i learned them just how i learned guitar with practice. GL
