Our pop-ups are for definitions of GIS maps - but there's trouble. Sometimes, the pop-up opens up over the link buttons. The definition pop-up window is set to open onMouseOver, not on click. So, if the window pops open over the button, it continually tries to open and "flashes". Is there a way to fix this with some extra code that will cause the popups to open only in the top, left of the parent window? I got the script from a free source, I don't write JS, so I don't know how to fix this. Thanks for any help.
