They're small paper ('least thats what it looks like) discs with pictures of people on them which you collect.

Yeah, they're mostly cardboard, but sometimes you get plastic ones (if you're lucky!). They don't always have pictures of people on though, the ones my little brother used to collect (this is how I know all this, in case you were wondering) had cartoons and illustrations on.

For my part, I have a stomach exercising thing I bought, but it makes my stomach hurt so I figure that can't be good for me. I now hang my clothes on it.
