Yep... spoilers, sound system, paint jobs, nitro to go faster in races or just whenever, also interiors.

You can jump over fences and such. The new battle system is adapted right from Rockstar's Manhunter title, except that you get better at fighting, kung-fu, whatever because of the mild RPG elements involved with the main character.

You can also pilot jets, swim (sorely missing from the previous titles), grab a parachute and jump off the building you get it at, or get this... steal a plane with the parachute on and jump out in mid-flight.

Graphitti, basketball (yep!), a camera to take pictures whenever you want, and a 2 Player co-op mode.
