Er, no. You would be "done" for drugging someone without their informed consent.
I am not in the USA. I am in the UK
If it ever went to court, I would be done for possession. The cashier took them (knowing what they were) I did not drug someone without their consent, the cashier did. We have different laws over here.
Plus, I use it for pain control, something the courts over here look at differently.
A few years later when I got busted, I had over 24 ounces and never went to jail. All I got was one year probation (which if you added up the time was about 7-8 hours.) and a small fine (about £700)
The policeman who took my finger prints even apologised for doing so. He said if you offered him a pint or a spliff, he would take the spliff.
I've even had the police to my house and i've had hashish on the table, and they were not bothered about it. They saw it and said they were not round for that.
Yes, I have been lucky, but they generally leave me alone.
When you are in constant pain, and conventional medicine doesn't work (and in my case, made my health worse) then you look for alternative medicine.
