On the contrary, I grew up with it. To this day I have to make a mental adjustment when people say goat cheese and they're not talking about Ekte Geitost. (Feta? Whazzat?) That's why I cavil at the "delicacy" description.
I admit it would never have occurred to me to try to light it on fire :)
