Not exactly high profile but my CV said "various short term contracts" for a period the 91 recession which meant that I had been reduced to doing data entry for a few months after the real job went belly up.

In the music business reading between the lines of performers' CVs is fun such as the singer who said that he had played at a major London venue. He had but not in the way he implied, it was in the Tuesday night open mic in the bar.
