How about Yahoo's ex CEO

Yahoo just released a statement that its board will “review” today’s revelation that the bio of its CEO Scott Thompson contained an error related to his educational achievements and will make “appropriate disclosure” about what happened.

I do remember employing a couple of people, at different times, and their cv's were proven, later, to have 'additional' entries.

I guess it could have been worse, but it did waste some time until they moved on and I employed and trained up others.
