Can't wait for the blue helmets to take over the internet. They would no doubt do the same wonderful job administering the net that they do with everything else.

What specific complaints do you have about how they have been running the world's telecoms systems for the last few decades? Most of what has been done badly has been at the national level, not the ITU.
