You can understand why the minimum wage (probably) person responsible made the error. Both countries call themselves the "Republic of Korea" the North Koreans just put "Democratic People's" in front of it. So I can understand why some half-wit got it wrong he/she probably made the mistake of assuming that the word "Democratic" meant they have free elections so therefore they must be the South Koreans.
Personally I have little interest in the Olympics, I might have watched some of it but the overkill tactics of promoting this event almost every day for the last three years by the BBC have burnt out part of my brain and now I would rather watch paint dry.
That said, I am really interested in the anti-terrorist pantomime - just how do the powers that be imagine that one of the missile batteries on top of the nearby tower blocks are going to shoot down any Al-Qaeda controlled airliners over London without causing even more damage?
I still think the Bart and Lisa Simpson logo was put forward by the designer as a joke and they fell for it.
